Tracy Justice, a first-generation American born to Haitian immigrants, is the CEO and Founder of Be Bold Be You, LLC—a human capital strategy and leadership development company dedicated to transforming how people and communities work together.

Known to many as Coach Tracy, she is a certified HR consultant, professional coach, and Energy Leadership Index–Master Practitioner who brings a unique mix of human capital expertise, advocacy, and bold presence coaching. Her work goes beyond traditional HR—she creates think tank experiences and bold spaces where leaders, professionals, and communities come together to check their B.S. (Belief Systems, Business Strategies, Blind Spots), ask the hard questions, and courageously co-create bold strategies, bold solutions, and ultimately, bold success.

At the heart of Tracy’s work is the BS Check-In™, an experience designed to help people move beyond media narratives, fully unpack legislation and policies that impact their lives and workplaces, and engage in courageous, fact-driven conversations. As an AI strategist and trainer, Tracy integrates future-focused learning into every space she builds. She is the author of Bold AI: From Mindset to Integration and creator of the ebook AI Conversations: It’s Pure BS!, both of which help leaders and organizations shift their thinking, embrace innovation responsibly, and audit how people, processes, and policies can benefit from AI. She believes that AI literacy is advocacy, empowering people to lead with clarity and confidence in an AI-driven world.

Before founding her company, Tracy served as HR Director for the Washington Township Trustee’s Office in Hendricks County. Today, she is also an active volunteer with the Hendricks County Community Foundation, IndySHRM, HR Indiana SHRM and Create.Connect.Collab.
